Peter has over forty years experience in senior management. As founder and Director of Bannister Technical Pty Ltd, Peter set up and grew the business from one client in NSW to a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation that has trained over 10,000 students in a range of vocational qualifications across Australia.
In 2012, after a number of years experiencing in training students in the Aged Care and Community (home) care sectors, and working with employers and other stakeholders, Peter determined that there was a need for a high quality home care provider of in home care services. After a year of research, benchmarking and consultation using industry experts, Bannister In Home Care was established.
Peter is a Director and Chairman of the Bannister In Home Care Board where he provides governance and direction to the operation of the business. Peter is committed to providing services to people in our community based on the principles of Consumer Directed and Person Centred Care. He is proud of the growth and continued improvement that now has Bannister considered one of the best home care providers in NSW and QLD.

Deanne joined the Bannister In Home Care Board in 2013 as a non-executive Board member. Deanne is also a founding Director of Bannister Technical Pty Ltd
Deanne has a diverse range of experience in a number of areas of endeavour. In the Bannister Technical Registered Training Organisation business, Deanne took on the important role of Compliance Manager and ensured that all operations, products and services met and complied with the regulatory requirements of an RTO.
Deanne has been a Director and Board member for over sixteen years and played an important part in establishing Bannister In Home Care. Deanne is passionate about the well being and positive outcomes for the individual and is committed to the concepts of Consumer Directed Care and Person Centred Care.
Deanne’s strengths sets include, managing compliance, designing and conducting internal audits, participating in external audits, recruitment of training staff, performance management of training staff and staff development and she will bring these to the Board of Bannister In Home Care..
More recently Deanne has worked intensively in the field of adult education for non English speakers and in training and instructing Pilates.
Deanne’s qualifications include, Masters of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL),
Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, Diploma of Business Management, Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method, Certificate IV in Training and Education, Certificate IV in Laboratory Operations.
