ANNEXURE 5 – Schedule of Fees and Charges
Bannister In Home Care (BIHC) Home Care Package Fees and Charges – effective 1st January 2025
Prices (hourly rates) included in this Agreement may increase in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI), determinations in relation to award rates and conditions or the National Minimum Wage by the Fair Work Commission or other economic factors.
HOURLY RATES FOR CARE SERVICES
Clinical Consultation for level 3 & 4 HCP clients will be charged to your package on commencement of package and 6 monthly, earlier if required. Allowance for this will be included in your budget.
Cancellation policy is that no charge will apply if cancellation is made with 7 days’ notice. Otherwise booked rates will apply.
Lawn and Maintenance
Lawn/Garden Services - Quote on request

Allied Health services
Physiotherapy - Quote on request

Important Note –
Consumers are welcome to source their own provider of Allied Health and Home Maintenance services – however prior approval of BIHC Care Co-ordinator MUST be obtained PRIOR to service.
This is to ensure that the services are in accordance with your Care Plan and are assessed in relation to meeting your needs and delivering value for money.
